Our client is a leading Victorian apartment builder with an award winning history spanning over 30 years. With offices located in Vic & NSW, they continue to grow primarily on the back of repeat business and loyal clients.

The Role
Having recently secured a number of apartment projects to $200m, they now require an experienced Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join their team.

Qualifications, Skills & Expertise:

· Tertiary qualification in Building and Construction and/or a trade background

· 5 + years experience managing commercial building works

· Large scale apartment experience is a must

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills

· The ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Successful candidates will be rewarded with a salary in the region of $180k - $250k +, and could accommodate an immediate start.
