Our client is a leading national builder with an award winning history spanning over 20 years. With offices located across the country, they employ over 400 staff, and continue to grow primarily on the back of repeat business.
Having recently secured a number of commercial fit out/refurbishment projects to $10m, they now require an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Qualifications, Skills & Expertise:
· Tertiary qualification in Building and Construction and/or a trade background
· 5 + years experience managing commercial building works
· Fit out experience is a must
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills
· The ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a salary in the region of $120k - $160k, and could accommodate an immediate start.
