The Role
Having recently secured a number of projects in the $5m-$30m range, they now require a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join their close nit team.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and negotiating D&C contracts, & subsequently monitoring the contractual risk and opportunities on your projects. With savvy commercial acumen, you regard yourself as a contractual guru, and know how to make money out of a project.

It is important that you have worked on D&C projects in the past, and it is expected that you would have a minimum of 5 + years experience working in a similar role with a commercial builder. Proficiency with Jobpac would be highly regarded but is not essential, however a solid and stable work history is a must!
